In 2027 we move to basing our pricing on the Canadian dollar. Prices are also rising. This is due to the rising value of the Peso against both the US and Canadian dollar.

Prices are per couple. There is a discount for singles. There is also a 3.5% discount of final price for payments NOT made by Credit Card. Please do not discount yourself, we will do it and apply it to your final payment.

Single discounts for 2027+ are 10%. This may be less depending on circumstances, such as previous customer discounts, or if you have been pushed forward from a previous season at a lower price. We do give previous customer discounts. We still have to pay full prices for RV parks, tour buses, hotels etc, single or not, so we only save on meals.


Deposits are $700, $1000 and $1500 CAD depending on tour (Baja, Copper Canyon, Yucatan). These Canadian amounts (or USD equivalents at the book rate) are standard for 2027 trips as we are switching to pricing based on Canadian dollars, rather than US.

Previous customer discounts are 7% up to a maximum of $1300 Canadian or equiv USD

The Truck Weight Problem: For years we have been battling the 3/4 ton plus, truck issue. They are frequently denied a permit due to a misinterpretation of the difference between Cargo Capacity & GVWR. We frequently have to pay a "tip" to get permits for these trucks, which most people with a 5th wheel or trailer or truck camper have issues with. As a Mexican company, we know the drill down here and how to facilitate the issue without getting into trouble. This is simply a cost of doing business, and we try to spread it across all our trips and customers, including Baja trips, where a permit is not required. This adds about $75 a rig to the cost of our trips overall.

2027 Pricing (Canadian dollars)

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS:

There is  5% discount off total trip price for deposits made PRIOR to Mar 1, 2026. This MAY NOT be combined with other discounts, including previous customer discounts, nor does it apply to those canceling the previous year and pushing payments forward. In all cases we will apply the greater of discounts. It will not affect single person discounts, the 5% will be applied to the price AFTER the single discount.

3) USD equivalents are about $6500, $8200 and $15,500 respectively

2028 Pricing (Canadian dollars)

These are the same 2027 prices, we will honor them if deposits are made prior to Sept 1, 2026

1) Baja trips $5950 USD per couple
2) Copper Canyon - Colonial; $7499 USD per couple
3) Yucatan $14,400 USD per couple
4) The respective CAD amounts are about $8300, $10,300, and $19,900

Payment Dates

1) Initial Deposit on Signup. Canadian Dollars: Baja trips $700, Copper Canyon-Colonial $1000, Yucatan- All Mexico $1500 . (USD equivalents are about $500, $750 and $1100 respectively)
2) First Payment is due end of  March t of the year prior to departure (Approx 1/3)
3) Second Payment is due mid Sept of the year prior to departure (Approx 1/3)
4) Final Payment is due at the border or within 15 Days prior to Departure (Balance)
